Clematis

We planted one of these to grow up the trellis on the back porch.  It had two blossoms and then just up and died.  David cut the dead off of it and left it alone.  All of a sudden it started to sprout. This is where it is now.

It is growing between four and six inches per day and that's while it has been chilly and rainy.  Now that the sun is going to finally start to shine and the temperatures are rising, I'm anxious to see how fast it will grow over the summer.  Hopefully, next year it will be large enough to have some awesome blossoms.
