In light of the report from Penn State, the president of Nike has decided that Joe Paterno's name be removed from their day care center at their world headquarters in Beaverton, Or. Mr. Paterno was a a role model for the founder of Nike, Bill Knight, and the center was named for Mr. Paterno because of this.

I do believe, however, that the officials at Penn State should be indicted and charged with the following:
Obstruction of justice
Aiding and Abetting
Tampering with evidence
Concealing evidence
Keeping the knowledge of Sandusky's actions, to me, is just as heinous a crime as the crime itself. These people need to have due justice wrought upon them.
